OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

1) We believe in the one true God יהוה. The God of Abraham, Issac, & Jacob as declared in the Shema.


(Deuteronomy 6:4, Mark 12:28-34)


2) We believe God is spirit and creator of all things. 

(Genesis 1:1–3; Psalm 115:1-18, Psalm 121:1-8, Psalm 146:1-10, John 4:23–24; Hebrews 11:3) 

3) We believe that the Bible is God’s inspired, inerrant, infallible, unfailing word. (2 Timothy 3:1 )


4) We believe that the entire Bible (66 canonical books) is Torah, and still applicable today; that believers follow the Torah BECAUSE we are born again NOT in order to be saved. 

(Deuteronomy 28:9; Psalm 1:1-3; Romans 3:31, Romans 7:12; I John 5:3)


5) We believe that Yeshua (Jesus) is the promised Messiah, in accord with the Torah and the Prophets. 

(Genesis 49:8-12; Deuteronomy 18:15-19; Isaiah 11:1-16; Isaiah 53, Luke 24:13-35; John 4:23-24)


6) We believe that God sent His Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) to the world to redeem us back unto Himself. 

(John 3:16, Romans 5:8, Romans 10:9-10) 

7) We believe the only path back to God is through Yeshua (Jesus) as the door. 

(John 10:9-16, John 14:6, Acts 4:12)


8) We believe that God has sent His Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) to comfort, teach, lead, and empower His people 

(those who put their trust in Yeshua) to be an effective witness to the world. 

(Joel 2:28-32; Ezekiel 36:24-32; John 14:25-26; Acts 2:1-4, Acts 2:11-21; I Corinthians 12:1-13) 


9) We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God (Genesis 1:26-27). 

Rejection of one’s biological sex is a rejection of the image of God within that person.


10) We believe the term “marriage” has only one meaning: the uniting of one man and one woman in single, exclusive union, as delineated in Scripture (Genesis 2:18-25). 

We believe God intends sexual intimacy to occur only between a man and a woman who are married to each other. 

We believe God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged in outside of a marriage between a man and a woman.


11) We believe any form of sexual immorality or perversion, including adultery, fornication, homosexual or bisexual behavior, transgender association, transsexual orientation, bestiality, incest, or use of pornography is sinful and offensive to God. (Leviticus 18, Romans 1:24-27, I Corinthians 6:9-10)


12) We believe in the two comings of Messiah. 


First Coming: Promised in Daniel 9:24-26. The initial coming’s purpose was to make atonement (covering) for sin 

(Daniel 9:24-26; Isaiah 53; Romans 3:21-31; Hebrews 9-10; John 3:16-17)

—as the Suffering Messiah. The Redeemer shall come to Zion (Isaiah 59:20-21; Zechariah 14:4).


Second Coming: The Messiah Yeshua will return to the earth as King (Revelation 19:11-16). 

Upon His return, a many wonderful thing will happen: He will bring with Him an army of the Heavenly hosts, and those who went on before us (Revelation 19:14) and those who are still on earth will meet in the air to receive the believers to Himself (I Thessalonians 4:13-18; John 14:1-6; I Corinthians 15:51-57).


13) We believe the seventh-day Sabbath is God’s gift to humanity from Creation, was written into the Ten Commandments by God’s finger, was kept and taught by Jesus, and was observed by the apostolic church. 

The Sabbath should still be kept and celebrated faithfully by believers. 

(Mark 2:27, Genesis 2:2, 3; Exodus 208-11, Leviticus 23:3, Luke 4:16; Acts 13:14, 42-44; 17:2, Hebrews 4:1-11)


14) We believe the Feasts of the Lord should be kept and celebrated by the believer. (Leviticus 23)


15) We believe the dietary laws should still be kept by the believer. (Leviticus 11 & Deuteronomy 14)
